Did you know you can book your appointment online?

Using online services makes it more convenient for people at our practice, as there’s no need to make a phone call or visit us. Computer, smartphone or tablet users can make or cancel an appointment at a time that suits them, even when the practice is closed.

If you are not already registered for GP online services please let a member of the practice team know you would like to use this service.

Morning appointment sessions are also available for patients to book either on the day or up to 3 months in advance. We will always try to arrange for you to see the Doctor of your choice, if it is possible.2015 calender

Seeing a Doctor

As long as you are a registered patient with us, you can call the surgery between 8.30am and 10.30am to be triaged.

The GP's currently arrange all their face-to-face appointments after speaking via telephone initially.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment. Many appointments are wasted every week because of this problem. Persistent failure to attend appointments will result in a warning letter and ultimately removal from the list. Sign up to our text messaging service so you don't forget your booked appointment - we send you a reminder the evening before.

Doctor Training

We also help to train Medical students at the practice and they may be sitting in with Doctors in some clinics. There will be notices on display in the waiting room and you will be notified when you book in at reception. If you prefer not to have a student with you please notify the receptionist.
